Fiona Vashi is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience and a strong track record of leadership in operational and transactional finance and strategic projects. A qualified accountant, she began her career at Deloitte, where she built a solid foundation in finance before moving into the Leisure and Tourism industry.

Fiona has spent over a decade at David Lloyd Clubs, holding a variety of finance roles. For the past four years, she has served as Head of Transactional Finance & Projects, overseeing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. In this role, she has also led cross-functional finance projects driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and system enhancements across the business.

Fiona is particularly passionate about building high-performing teams and leading change. She combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business operations, enabling her to effectively bridge the gap between finance and the wider organisation.
