# Medius and SourceDay CEOs start with customer outcomes as vision for better procure-to-pay solution

Hi, everyone. Tom Kieley, CEO of SourceDay. Excited to be speaking with you all today to announce an incredible partnership.

**Jim Lucier**

Hi, everybody. My name is Jim Lucier. I am the CEO of Medius. I am at least as excited as Tom about this partnership.

But before we talk a little bit about that, I wanted to, for those of you that are Medius customers, thank you for your business. For those of you that are not yet Medius customers, we're excited to get to know you and see how between SourceDay and Medius we can really help you achieve the goals of your business.

**Tom Kieley**

I couldn't agree more, Jim. Incredibly appreciative to our customers and the journey that you've been down with us and the successes we helped create together.

In serving our customers, we've always known that one of the next big pieces for any of our customers' challenges that they try to solve is really the account payable automation and really doing it autonomously in these in these days. So, for our customers, having accurate PO data, is at the core of what we deliver for them down to kind of simplest level. And that then in turn creates a much higher opportunity for true autonomous invoice processing.

And so I couldn't be more excited about having met Jim and his team in the Medius organization. It's just been incredible to partner with so far, and I think we're gonna extend the great services we give our customers with a best-in-class solution from Medius.

Tom, I could not have said that better myself. Honestly, it is the listening of our mutual customers and the listening to customers who are not yet customers of both of ours that has led us down this path. And, this is truly one of these things where we are better together, that people's goals in a finance organization about having better supplier relationships, about getting the materials and the services that they need on time, and then paying for those things with minimal impact to the business, that's actually what this relationship is about.

And, we truly are better together, and, I'm excited to bring this stuff to market, really, with you and your team.

Absolutely. Well, I know we're gonna get to talk a lot more about this on our upcoming webinar. So excited to dig in and really share more about the vision and the path of, you know, being better together in market and delivering a best of breed solution to our customers, new and, existing.
