So approvers can make accurate invoice decisions and AP teams get to focus. Medius Copilot activates when an approver selects an invoice to approve.

Relevant invoice details such as the approval amount, latest comments, and the five most recent invoices from the supplier are automatically highlighted for the approver, giving them immediate insight into the invoice.

Approvers can select predefined questions such as tell me more about the supplier to understand relevant information about the invoice they're approving.

Approvers can also use the free form text box to ask more specific questions.

They can ask questions about processes such as what should I do with this invoice?

And about how to handle mistakes such as the invoice is incorrectly coded. How do I return it? When approvers ask whether they should approve an invoice, Medius Copilot offers informed accurate guidance based on the invoice context and history.
