Transcript

I want to share an innovation that automatically translates any invoice no matter its language. So here, for example, we have a Japanese language invoice of this language, is Kanji.

And as an approver who only speaks English, I need to understand what this invoice is all about before making an approval decision.

And within Medius Copilot, we have embedded, automatic invoice translation. So in addition to providing context to an end user around, say, for example, the last several invoices from this supplier, you can see now with a single click, I can translate this invoice into my native language.

Okay. Here's the translated information from the invoice image.

Supplier name is Nippon Express. Excellent. Here's their address, one, dash two dash ten, Hirumi in Shuku, Tokyo.

The phone number is on the screen. I'm not gonna read it all, but, you know, the invoice number is is that particular number, invoice date, the due date, terms of payment, this is excellent. So it has everything. I have the thirty thousand six hundred Japanese yen as the net amount. The tax amount is two thousand six hundred and forty.

And, that's fantastic. If there were any line items, they would also be rendered in this view.

I could also say, is, there anything else I need to understand?

And, again, you know, conversational nature, the whole intent here is to equip an end user with superpowers, in this case, multilingual capabilities.

So the benefit in this case from an approver standpoint is, they have everything they need to make an informed decision. And then I think as you think about your global operations, you can actually think about how might you consolidate operations to maybe a single location because now, essentially, any person in a single location is empowered to, be able to work in transactions outside of their normal kind of comfort level or outside their normal language.

And to close out our last question, is there anything else I need to understand? Nope. I have all the essential details. The invoice includes the supplier information, the number, the due date, etcetera.
