Medius Appoints Jamie Kiser as Chief Customer Officer Leading Global Customer Success

Medius, a leading provider of AP Automation and Spend Management solutions, has today announced the appointment of Jamie Kiser as its Chief Customer Officer (CCO), highlighting its commitment to customer-centric innovation.  

Kiser joins Medius at a pivotal time as the company sharpens its focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes and maximizing long-term value through intelligent, AI-driven solutions. In her new role, she will lead Medius’ global Professional Services, Elevate Advisory Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams, bringing together the full customer journey from onboarding to implementation, ongoing success, and support.

With more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software, SaaS, and the public sector, Kiser brings a wealth of leadership expertise. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global Operations at Qlik. Prior to that, she held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Talend, a global leader in data integration. During her tenure at Talend, Kiser transformed the customer success model, launching new recurring revenue offerings and implementing operational improvements that significantly increased retention, customer value, and business efficiency. Once Talend was acquired by Qlik, Kiser led the integration of customer success and operations bringing together the best of what both companies offered with a focus on ensuring the best customer experience.

Beyond driving results, Kiser is also known for her commitment to fostering inclusive and empowering workplace cultures. She has served as an advisor to STEM for Her, a non-profit organization focused on promoting education and career opportunities for girls and young women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
