Ekaterina Dzhalchinova is Vice President of Payments – Product at Medius, where she focuses on developing practical, user-friendly payment solutions that help finance teams work more efficiently. With over 12 years of experience in Finance Automation, she has worked across a range of roles and organisations, always driven by a desire to simplify complex finance processes.
She began her career as a Financial Controller, overseeing all aspects of finance within her company. She later joined the design team at NatWest Bank, where she deepened her understanding of payments and financial systems. Ekaterina then went on to co-found and serve as Head of Product for the UK’s first Accounts Payable platform to combine AP and Payments in a single solution—an experience that shaped her hands-on, problem-solving approach to Product leadership. Before joining Medius, Ekaterina spent over four years at Tipalti, where she led the launch of new international markets, including the UK, Europe, and Canada.
Based in London, she is a proud mother of two young girls and enjoys the ongoing challenge of balancing family life with a passion for building thoughtful, impactful products.
