Deepak Kirpalani is a supply chain and operations executive with over 20 years of experience driving transformation across global organizations. As Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management at CoBank, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing vendor ecosystems, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value.
Over the course of his career, Deepak has held leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a global perspective to building and scaling operations in complex, fast-evolving environments. His experience includes senior roles at Arrow Electronics and Orica, where he led large-scale transformation programs spanning supply chain, procurement, and customer operations.
Deepak holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and combines this academic foundation with deep operating experience to take a structured, data-driven approach to solving complex business challenges. He is particularly focused on the practical application of advanced technologies and analytics to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and unlock new efficiencies in supply chain and vendor management.
Yannis Ferber

Yannis Ferber is a technology and business transformation leader with over 15 years of experience shaping enterprise application strategy across global organizations. A former consultant and multi-time enterprise applications leader, Yannis brings deep cross-industry experience in manufacturing, hospitality, energy, and professional services.
Bilingual in English and French, Yannis holds master’s degrees in industrial engineering and innovation management from Grenoble Institute of Technology (France) and the University of Eindhoven (Netherlands).
He is passionate about the practical applications of AI in finance, procurement, and enterprise systems—and how organizations can responsibly evolve their operating models in an AI-driven world.
Amanda Prochaska

Amanda Prochaska is the Founder and Chief Wonder Officer of Wonder Services, an AI- focused transformation consulting firm helping organizations achieve 90%+ adoption rates on AI and digital initiatives through people-first implementation strategies.
With more than 20 years of experience leading procurement and operational transformations, Amanda began her career as a practitioner, driving large-scale sourcing and source-to-pay transformations at MGM Resorts International and Kraft Heinz.
Through that work, she identified a critical gap: organizations were investing heavily in technology but struggling to achieve meaningful adoption because they weren’t prioritizing the human side of change.
She founded Wonder Services in 2019 to close that gap. Today, the firm partners with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations to implement AI across procurement and finance functions using proprietary frameworks designed to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable impact.
Amanda is also the founder of Global Women Procurement Professionals and a recognized voice on the intersection of procurement, leadership, and AI-enabled transformation.
