The Future of Your GBS is on the Line: Challenge Value from the Outside In

GBS leaders are facing one of the most disruptive moments in our industry’s history. Agentic AI is reshaping how enterprises create value, and long-standing operating models are under pressure to prove their relevance.

That’s why SSOW Europe 2026 is shifting the lens. We’re examining GBS value from the outside-in – through the expectations of the business leaders who depend on your services. This year, the ultimate owners of GBS will take to the Big Ideas Stage to share what they need next, setting the tone for how service models must evolve in an agentic age.

SSOW 2026 is your platform to rethink, rebuild and future-proof your organisation’s value. Medius is proud to be a sponsor at SSOW Europe 2026.

  • Responding to vendors in real-time utilizing AI
  • Test-smart, go-live carefully: How to overcome internal resistance
