Jim is the Chief Executive Officer and joined Medius in 2021. Prior to joining Medius, Jim was President at SAP Concur. Since 2008, he held various positions at SAP Concur including Chief Revenue Officer for North America, Chief Customer Officer, and Vice President for Business Development.
Jim’s previous industry experience includes JPMorgan Chase, Gnossos Software and other senior leadership positions.
Chris is the Chief Financial Officer joining Medius in August 2025. Wilmot holds more than two decades of experience in analytics and global business strategy, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Qualitest Group. Chris also held transformative CFO roles at Clarion Events and BT Global Services, driving rapid development and overseeing financial performance internationally.
Mary Flynn Barton joined Medius in 2022 and is the Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining Medius, she was the CRO at her previous company where she was responsible for sales, marketing and customer success functions.
Mary has deep expertise in spend management having held a variety of sales leadership roles at Coupa.
John is the Chief Technology Officer and joined Medius in 2025. Prior to joining Medius, John was the Chief Technology Officer at Creditsafe. Before Creditsafe, John held senior technology leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, and IBM. His expertise spans scaling global teams, leading enterprise cloud migrations, and building secure, compliant, and agile technology environments.
Jamie joined Medius in May 2025 as the Chief Customer Officer. She joined Medius from Qlik where she served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global Operations. Prior to Qlik, she held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Talend. Jamie has more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software, SaaS, and the public sector where she’s held senior leadership and product management positions.
Gary joined Medius in May 2025 as the Chief Product Officer. Hall joined Medius from capital automation fintech GSCF, where he also served as Chief Product Officer. Gary’s track record includes scaling digital transformation initiatives, unlocking new revenue streams, and steering product strategy at industry innovators such as Wayfair and iRobot where he held general manager and product management positions.
Ahmed Fessi, Chief Transformation & Information Officer
Ahmed is the Chief Transformation & Information Officer and joined Medius through Medius’s acquisition of Expensya in July 2023. Ahmed was the CIO at Expensya, a leading web, mobile and smart payment-card solutions to automate spend management. Prior to Expensya, Ahmed held positions at Ericsson and Alstom.
Rosalie joined Medius in 2024 and is the Chief People Officer. She brings to her role extensive experience in organizational development, leadership development, and talent management at high-growth global organizations across five continents and has focused much of her work on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Prior to joining Medius, Rosalie led human resources operations at rapidly scaling software, enterprise, and broadcast media companies, including WiredScore, Daily Harvest, and 1E.
Kevin is the Chief Marketing Officer joining Medius in September 2026. He brings more than 25 years of experience building brands, categories, and growth engines for enterprise technology companies. Most recently, Kevin served as CMO and EVP of Growth at ToolsGroup, a leading provider of supply chain planning and optimization software, where he led global marketing and growth strategy, repositioned the company, launched its next-generation AI platform, and built a scalable demand generation engine. Previously, he was CMO of TraceLink, a global leader in digital supply chain solutions.
Erik Hammarberg, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Erik is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and joined Medius in 2011. He has expertise in strategic planning, particularly monetization strategies.
He was previously VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, and has also held leading positions within sales and marketing.
Ashley Botten, Executive Vice President of Sales for EMEA
Ashley Botten is the Executive Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Medius. Over nearly two decades across various Sales organizations, Ashley has built and led commercial teams from pre-revenue to multi-territory and has spent the last several years leading sales at Tipalti.
Ashley takes pride in scaling repeatable revenue growth with a customer-centric focus and believes strongly in enabling and developing team members to fuel personal and company growth.
