In this brief video, I'll show you the three ways authorized users are able to approve invoices. One, accessing the document through the web interface via a notification. Two, an actionable email, allowing approval from the email itself, and three, through the mobile device for those users on the go. When a user has an invoice needing their attention, an instant notification is sent to them via email, providing a direct link to the invoice within Medius. But for users that prefer not to access yet another application, often applicable to executives, Medius supports an actionable email instead. Within a note notification they receive, looks like the one on your screen. This allows the user to review all necessary information and the attached invoice document all from within the email itself. Keeping in mind, this functionality can be enabled or disabled at the user level per your organization's policies. Now the third way to approve invoices, especially valuable to users on the go, is through the mobile device. Invoices can be accessed from your mobile home screen, authenticated through single sign on if supported, and approved within a matter of seconds. This interface allows users to review the coding that's been applied, any invoicing details, as well as the document before simply taking their approval action. Going back to my notification to enter through my computer browser, clicking on that link, I'm immediately brought to the invoice within Medius. Here, I can review the document on the left, review any coding that's been applied if applicable, and simply move the invoice on its way. But because of Medius' automated coding and routing, this invoice was processed, sent to me with coding applied within a matter of a minute without needing human intervention. Just like pure just order-based invoices, we support complexity in non-PO scenarios as well, Still automating in cases where lines are broken out or totals being split between departments so that the end user can improve their lines from a click of a button and move on with their day.
