Medius Announces its Partner of the Year Award 2021 Winners

Medius is proud to announce its Partners of the Year, celebrating and acknowledging best-practice, success, and adoption. This year’s winners demonstrate how partner innovation brings to life Medius technology.

Medius’s customers are based across the globe, in 102 countries, in industries ranging from banking and retail, to construction and logistics, with Medius technology managing transactions worth more than $180 billion annually.

Organizations of all types are rapidly evolving and adopting innovative technologies to meet their customers’ needs. In 2021, businesses have adapted to new ways of operating, embracing and accelerating digital transformation.

Global Partner of the Year: Exsitec

Exsitec AB continued to be a strong sales partner for Medius during 2021, as well as delivering many new customers and upselling with their existing 200 Medius customers. Ulf Schnürer, VP, Partners at Medius says, “During 2021 they made an amazing 101 deals which set a new partner record!”

Exsitec is a Swedish consulting company focusing on business systems that streamline the everyday life for medium-sized companies. Exsitec works with market leading and modern operational systems, including Medius spend management solutions.

Their ERP focus has always been Visma Business and Visma.net and they have been the bestselling partner for Visma in the Nordic region for several years. They also interact with several more ERP systems and are strong in the construction, service industry and maintenance industry.

Regional Partner of the Year (North America): Stoneridge Software

Stoneridge Software has been named the 2021 Partner of the Year (North America), for their demonstration of outstanding partnership in cross-organizational alignment, substantial collaborative marketing results, and value-add to numerous mutual clients throughout evaluation and selection.

Stoneridge represents the entire suite of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, Power Platform, and Modern Workplace, with focused verticals in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, and Distribution. Stoneridge has made five appearances on Inc.’s annual 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

Regional Partner of the Year (Western Europe): HSO

HSO has been named the Medius 2021 Regional Partner of the Year, Western Europe. HSO offers business applications based on Microsoft technology and has grown into one of the leading Microsoft partners worldwide.

With 1200+ employees in Europe, North America, and Asia, they support local and international companies in the retail, wholesale, industry and technical services, helping to make a difference with digital technology now and in the future.

Our strong partnership with HSO has ensured that their customers and themselves can optimize their invoice process and gain stress-free insight. The fact that Medius AP Automation is a Preferred Solution for AP automation in Microsoft AppSource, following the new One Version strategy of Microsoft Dynamics 365, has fully contributed to this,” said Astrid Smits Partner Sales Manager WE at Medius.

MediusGo Partner of the Year: Cranel

Cranel is one of the premier value-added distributors in North America, focusing on the enablement of over 1,000 imaging resellers and office equipment dealers who have particular focus in the SMB and mid-market space.

Founded in 1985, Cranel has a long-standing history of commitment to supporting their resellers and partner vendors.

In 2021, Cranel and Medius on boarded over 20 partners to sell MediusGo. Cranel was instrumental in driving adoption of MediusGo, demonstrating the solution and following up with partners for generation of pipeline and opportunities. Going into 2022, Cranel has built a robust pipeline of additional partners and opportunities that will continue to entrench MediusGo as the premier SMB accounts payable automation solution in the market.

Growth Partner of the Year: Circular Edge

Circular Edge is being recognized for their exceptional performance as our Growth Partner of the Year. 

Circular Edge is a full-service JD Edwards and Oracle CX Cloud service provider. They help clients enhance operational efficiency, customer relations and profits.

Circular Edge joined the Medius Partner Network in 2021 and it has been a hugely successful partnership ever since.  Circular Edge and Medius have won and delivered multiple solutions in the JD Edwards ERP market segment across different verticals, both in North America and Europe, and in just a few months Medius has seen a 400% increase in pipeline. 

Alliance Partner of the Year: Pagero

Pagero is being recognized for their commitment to teamwork, problem solving and growth planning as our Alliance Partner of the Year. 

Pagero provides a Smart Business Network that connects buyers and sellers for automated, compliant, and secure exchange of orders, invoices, payment instructions and other business documents. Pagero helps businesses streamline their order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes while unlocking the full potential of accurate and reliable business data.

Pagero has worked closely with Medius to not only develop regional growth plans, but to coordinate mutual global activities, which has resulted in joint pipeline growth for both companies.

Rookie of the Year: CGI

CGI has been named the Medius Rookie Partner of the Year for their immediate active engagement upon formal partnership in September. With a quick-start success for a prestigious client brand in the manufacturing and retail markets, combined with unique synergies in industry focus, CGI is a notable newcomer to the Medius partner community.
