IDC asked businesses using AP software — not just Medius customers — how they expect their spending to change over the next 12 months. The answer was clear.
More than six in ten companies plan to spend more on AP software. And while 28.5% of all AP customers said they got less value than expected, fewer than 1% of those planned to switch vendors. The areas where they want more: easier integration, better training, and smarter analytics for decision-making.
